  • 1.  Changing User Name

    Hi Team.
    I'm currently trying to setup my profile.
    Especialy I'd like to change my Username from 
    "Michael TcO8bGxlcg==" to Michael Müller.
    I did that through my profile each last two days.
    But the change is gone the next day.
    Is this because there are still data migration processes running?
    Or am I just not able to persistently change my user name?

    FYI - It was your 'user name' that needed to be changed not your actual name.

    Michael and Chris,
    Apologies for the late arrival to the conversation.   This looks like his first name and last name are being pushed from the main data source overwriting any changes made on the Community platform.    Let me check out configuration on our side before requesting a change in the main database.
