October 3rd is CX Day, a day founded by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) to recognize the
importance of customer experience. To celebrate the day, CA is hosting #NoBarriers Live, a Facebook Live event to take place on October 3 at 4:00 p.m. eastern. Our community members will have an opportunity to engage in a Q&A session about customer experience with Dayton Semerjian, CA’s General Manager of Global Customer Success.
