    Hello,

     

    I hosted a demonstration of the new Communities today to a large section of the Australian Support Centre, who were quite impressed but who had a few questions - as you may have guessed from some of the posts I'm logging.

     

    Question came through on "What is the liability of the CA Support engineer when responding to questions on the CA Community?"

     

    Does someone have a link to an appropriate social media policy or statement?
