Added event.  How to get it on specific community calendar

    I added an event which shows up on the Water Cooler calendar but I want it to show up on the EDGE user group calendar.  The EDGE community has an event button on the calendar but it says that I can't add events.  Also, how do I change the time zone for an event from Pacific?
