Hiper notifications

    In the "Old Days" of CA, I'd only get HIPER notifications for products I'd registered for.
    These days I seem to get  them for all (Mainframe) products that I'm not neccesaarily interested in.

    Can this be adjusted, and if so: How/Where?

    Hello Marcel,

    On the portal, select the drop down under My Account and select Subscriptions.  You can then select the products and the types of notifications you wish to receive.  I hope this helps.

    Well, though I cleared all except CA-OPS/MVS and Common Services last week, today again I got a Hiper notification for CA Datacom/DB. This is clearly not working. please fix. :(

    Hello Marcel,

    Could you log an issue from the Broadcom Support site, at the "Contact Support" link at the bottom of the page:
    https://casupport.broadcom.com/

    That team has access to the Hyper Notifications and site specific data. There should be a Product for "Support site" or something similar once you begin the case creation process, and they can also investigate if there is a general issue with the Hypers.
