    Announcements

    July 19, 2019:

DocOps is moving to new tool for authentication and single sign-on. You can now seamlessly use your Broadcom login on CA Docops in the same way as on the other Broadcom sites, such as support. Most of our content is available for anonymous access and hence does not require you to login. Login is only required for limited confidential content and PDF downloads. Refer to your customer email for your new Broadcom login that replaced your CA login or register for a new one here

    Just wondering again...

Why did it go like that.
Early onn Saturday the 20th I could access the docops at the old URL, but could not log in.
In the evening it was the Broadcom URL, but no login.
    Sunday still no login
Monday 22nd cannot access docops at the old nor the new URL
When might docops be accessible and fully functional again?

    Hi @Deactivated User
I cannot access the existing https://docops.ca.com/ for Mainframe products right now so there seems seems to be a problem as it was working earlier today:

    This site can't be reached

I will log an internal incident for it

    Regards,
    Lynn

Docops is down again, cannot see the documentation and it cannot perform TLS handshake it seems. Ping gives time=125 MS and 127 MS.

Cannot reach docops when selecting the help icon from the properties pane of an operator in Process Automation:

    Link:

    http://docops.ca.com/rest/ca/product/latest/topic?space=CATPA04303&format=rendered&language=&hid=HID_Loop_Operator

    (with or without https:)

"This site is currently undergoing maintenance. We apologize for the inconvenience."

Is there an announcement page we can subscribe to with updates when it will be repaired?  How often can we expect updates?

    Hello,
before this change became active, you could also reach docops.ca.com via wiki.ca.com. Many customers have used this link before. Will wiki.ca.com be redirected to docops.ca.com again or will wiki.ca.com no longer exist?
    wiki.ca.com returnes 503.

    Thank you,
    Peter

    Just wondering again
Will docops.broadcom.com be accessible without security issues?
If so how long will it be?
