  • 1.  Many click targets do not have actual URLs

    The links at the top of a community page, e.g., Community Home and Discussion, are not actual URLs, but instead just use JavaScript to redirect to the target page.



    This means that it is not possible to use the contextual menu on these links. If you copy the Link Location, it's just void(0). It also means that you cannot control-click the links to open them in another browser tab.

    This is just user-hostile design. Click targets that point to another page should be actual usable links.

    Agree. Definitely in the "Wouldn't it be nice?" category.

    I'm doing "Duplicate Tab" on the browser first, and then clicking on the button, to get around it. Not efficient, but it works.


    All a question of available resources and priorities, really.
