CA Support “Chat” Off to a Great Start!

Delivering a superior customer experience is key to CA Technologies. One of the ways we can help to achieve that is by improving the ability to have our customers quickly engage our expert CA Engineers.

 

We want to be faster… better… and more helpful in answering your questions and solving product related issues.

 

We were so excited when we recently made available our new “Chat” Support option to you. Many of your colleagues have had great success receiving support via “Chat”.  We are now offering “Chat” 15 hours per day Monday - Friday. Our goal is to reach no less than 20 products offering “Chat” by the start of the New Year and we won’t stop there!  Go to ca.com/chat and find out which CA products currently offer “Chat” as well as “How to Chat with Support”.
