If you are new to CA Technologies or have a new team member working with CA products, I highly recommend registering for User Notifications.

Once you have registered, your first email will include steps on how to download your products, how to access documentation and how to contact support for technical issues and customer assistance for general questions.


You will be the first to receive notifications as processes change, new education courses are introduced, or new services are offered.

Is there any way to get notification on Certificate change?

I have seen this recently in other forms I have tried to submit. It seems to happen when you allow the browser (Chrome for me) to autofill your information. Somehow the fields don't always take the information as they would if you manually fill them in. I have used same workaround by just entering manually and then submit button is available.

Sorry about that, we will look into the form. Thanks so much for responding, and I hope you find the materials useful for new users. When you have someone join your team, the best thing to do is ask them to fill this out to get started.

I filled in everything manually, except phone number.  I just tried it again and it worked.  I had to search around within the submit button a bit (could not click just anywhere in it) and then it sent.

It usually works in Firefox just fine (best in Chrome). Are you signing in with an API from LinkedIn/Facebook/Twitter? You may have not filled out the form completely (title, country, etc) and it won't let you submit until all those are filled. If pop-ups are blocked, you many not be seeing that notification.

I just tried to sign up and the 'submit' button does nothing in firefox 44.0

Has anyone signed up and received the first few emails (you get one a week)... I'd love to have your feedback on the content I'm writing. We're adding the new support app to the first email this week for new folks who sign up.
