Similar to LinkedIn, the CA Communities allows you to display your areas of expertise, and community members can endorse your skills.
1. Go to the users profile you would like to endorse
2. Navigate to skills and expertise
3. Select the "Endorse" button or hover next to the skill you would like to endorse
- If you hover next to a skill you would like to endorse select the + button next to it and the skill will be endorsed.
- If you select the Endorse button simply type in the skill the user has you would like to endorse.
